A family counselor working with two children in family therapy

What it entails

One system, every voice

Children act out what the family can't yet say. Parents repeat what they swore they wouldn't. Family therapy treats the household as one connected system: we meet with the whole family and in smaller combinations, surfacing the unspoken rules that keep everyone stuck.

From defiant teens to warring siblings to the delicate work of blending two families into one, sessions are structured, fair, and — families tell us — often the calmest hour of their week.

What's included

  • • Parent-child relationship challenges
  • • Blended family adjustments
  • • Sibling conflicts
  • • Teen behavior & school struggles
  • • Divorce, co-parenting & transitions
  • • Family agreements that actually stick

How family therapy unfolds

1

Hear everyone

Each member — kids included — gets uninterrupted time. We map the flashpoints and the strengths hiding underneath.

2

Rewrite the rules

Together we build new agreements for conflict, chores, screens, and repair — written down, practiced in session, livable at home.

3

Protect the peace

Check-ins space out as the household steadies. You keep the playbook — and our number if a new season shakes things up.

Calmer dinners start here

Bring the whole crew to a free consultation — or start with just the parents. Either way, we'll find the right shape for your family.
