Privacy policy

Trust is the whole business, so here's our plain-English promise: information you share through our contact and booking forms is used only to respond to you and arrange care. We never sell personal information, and we never share it with advertisers.

Clinical records are protected under HIPAA and Minnesota law. Anything you share in session stays between you and your therapist, except in the rare situations we're legally required to act — risk of serious harm, abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or a valid court order — which your therapist will explain at your first visit.

This site collects only basic, anonymous analytics to understand which pages help visitors most. If you'd like a copy of information you've submitted through our forms, or want it deleted, email hello@stillwatermindclinic.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
